Nine worlds to understand the world.
One of them, to understand yourself.

Mundo Sapiens is an open world you explore on foot, for children aged 6 to 16. Eight worlds teach maths, language, science, geography, philosophy, history, art and observation. The ninth teaches how their own head works. It runs in the browser, on tablet, phone or computer.

Por qué existeWhy it exists

Almost everything offered to a child outside school looks like school: questions, right answers, wrong answers and a number at the end. Mundo Sapiens is built on the opposite idea. There are no grades here, no rankings, no comparisons with other children. There is a world to walk through, things that surprise, and an adult who can be there without watching over.

The second layer is the one almost nobody talks about. Beyond learning the world outside, here they learn the one inside: why the mind goes wrong in predictable ways, what a bias is, why focus sometimes refuses to come, how to turn a problem that looks closed inside out. That world is called The Mirror, and it is not an extra: it is one of the nine, with the same standing as maths.

El principio de la casaThe house principle

Asombra, nunca juzga It amazes, it never judges

It is the rule that decides everything else. Getting it wrong takes nothing away, breaks nothing and is filed nowhere as a failure: every answer, right or not, comes with an explanation that opens a bigger door. A question about the golden rule leads to Confucius. A child who gets it wrong here has not lost: they have arrived somewhere they had not been.

Y lo que no vas a encontrarAnd what you won't find

Nada diseñado para engancharle Nothing designed to hook them

This is not a marketing promise: it is an architectural decision, taken before the first line was written. These things do not exist in Mundo Sapiens and will not exist.

Cómo se juegaHow it's played

Todo empieza en la PlazaIt all starts in the Plaza

You explore on foot, like in the classics: no menus, no exercise lists. The nine doors lead out from the Central Plaza, and they are open from day one. No world unlocks by age or by finishing another one: if philosophy is what pulls them at seven, they walk into philosophy.

No examinan.Zara waits in the Crystal Caves, and mathematics is hers. Theo lives in the Living Forest, Kenji in the Floating Lab, Sofía in the Kingdom of Clouds, Luca in the Connected Archipelago, Mira in the Ocean of Times, Amara in the Great Conservatory, Yuki in the Observatory and Noa in The Mirror. They come from Ghana, Greece, Japan, Argentina, Italy, Portugal and Brazil, because knowledge does not come from one place either. They accompany, suggest and explain. They do not examine.

Retos a su medida, no a la del cursoChallenges cut to their size, not the year's

Questions adjust themselves: never so easy they bore, never so hard they frustrate. If they want a hint, they ask. If they would rather have it read aloud, it is read aloud. And if one day they fancy something far harder than their year, nobody stops them.

Un reto con sus opciones de respuesta

Se juega, no se leeYou play it, you don't read it

Every world has things to look at and touch. Drag Greenland down to Africa and discover the map has been lying all along. Sculpt mountains, make it rain and watch a river being born. Spin the planet with a finger and find who is asleep while you have breakfast. They are not explained: they are done.

Friends of 10, doubles and near-doubles, the trick of the 9 and the 8. Mental arithmetic told for what it is, a handful of tricks somebody invented, and not as a table to be swallowed.

La cuentaThe account

Jugar no pide cuentaPlaying asks for no account

Your child can play for weeks without signing up: progress is saved in this browser and never leaves it. Until there is an account, not one piece of their data sits on any server. Creating one does three things, and none of them is forcing your hand.

1

No perder lo hechoKeep what they've done

If the browser gets cleared one day, the progress goes with it. With an account, it stays. And nothing restarts: the game they already had is kept exactly as it was.

Y lo que nunca haráAnd what it will never do

It is not a diagnosis and it never compares your child with other children. It tells you what they do, not what they "should" do. If something you see genuinely worries you, the person to look at it is a professional, not a dashboard.

There is a technical decision behind this: judgements about your child are stored nowhere. They are calculated on your device when you open the panel and vanish when you close it. The only thing that travels is facts: they came here, answered this, read that.
